Spring Bloom: A Math Adventure Story

 

Aliya and Zade meet a young falcon who is lost in the desert. They offer to help the falcon find his way to the annual Spring Bloom party to be with his family. The newfound friends set off on an adventure. They soon realize that they must solve some riddles to reunite the falcon with his family. The riddles are tricky and they must use math skills to solve them. Can Aliya and Zade sharpen their counting skills to help the falcon reach his destination? 

 

Spring Bloom targets grade two learners and focuses on place value (addition).
